Brief description of the job
Looking for a bidder capable enough to manage a bid team with the appropriate business knowledge that would be required to finalize a bid that will be the winning bid, while he will be held responsible for the entire bidding process.
- The bidding manager will be required to lead Generation through bidding channels like Upwork, Guru, Freelance, Elance, PPH etc.
- Daily Track of the reports and the maintenance of the data.
- Identification, research and targeting the new business prospects will be a crucial responsibility of a bidder.
- Getting new appointments for all the leads including the hot and cold ones.
- Providing the services of the company through Voice/Email/Online.
- Preparation of monthly pipeline reports that will be required for management purposes.
- Maintaining healthy and professional relationship with the existing and the future clients. Must focus on making these relationships long term.
- Bidding Manager should be dynamic and work delicately in order to achieve the quarterly or monthly targets.
- Education Qualification: DIPLOMA(IT/CSE)/BSc.(IT),BCA/B.TECH(IT/CSE)/MCA/M.TECH(IT/CSE).
- Experience:6months -1 Year.
- An expert in bidding for projects like PHP programming, CMS (WordPress, Magento etc.),Frameworks :Android, iOS, SEO and various Ecommerce platforms used in web development and Mobile applications.
- An expert in getting requirements from the clients till the project is finalized.
- Good at negotiation with the clients.
